Yes, where the nominated work was implemented in Ghana or created significant and verifiable value within Ghana’s digital ecosystem.
No. A nomination, invitation or finalist designation does not guarantee recognition.
Eligible entries undergo evidence review, independent research, weighted scoring, committee review and conflict-of-interest controls.
